Include your account or request ID if available, your device and app version, and a description of the issue. Do not send your password, Apple verification codes or full payment card details.

VIP subscriptions and purchases

Weekly and monthly VIP subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel renewal in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore an eligible subscription, sign in to your CoolShort account and use Restore Purchases in the app.

For Apple purchase refunds, visit Apple Report a Problem. Apple determines refund eligibility.
