Account deletion

For help with your CoolShort account or a deletion request, contact [email protected]. Do not send your Apple password or verification codes.

The permanent deletion service is being prepared. Until it is enabled and verified, this page does not confirm acceptance or completion. Contact support for the current handling of your request.

Deleting a CoolShort account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage renewal separately in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Subscription expiry must not prevent an account deletion request.

Read the published Privacy Policy for the applicable data retention terms. Any required financial or dispute records are handled separately from ordinary account data.
